We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem‑solving skills

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, filters, and batteries
• Repair or replace broken equipment, fixtures, and structures
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies

• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
