Resorts of Augsburg is looking for RN Supervisor (Saturday and Sunday) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. We are an independently owned facility in Baltimore, MD
. We are proud to offer in-house therapy, memory care and long-term care services.

Now hiring: RN supervisor, weekends

• Active MD RN license.
• 1-2 years of previous experience in supervisory role in nursing home setting. (preferred)
• Strong problem‑solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and remain flexible.

• Provides directive and supportive consultation to facility nursing staff.
• Works with the Assistant Director of Nursing Services to coordinate training.
• Educates and monitors activities.
• Works with facility for problem solving when needs arise in areas such as monitoring resident care delivery systems, recommending medication delivery systems and ordering schedules, training on use of forms and systems monitoring implementation of standards of care.
• Evaluates care plans and training.
• Trains and monitors all nursing policies and procedures.
• Works with facility committees on policies and procedures, program development and in‑servicing.
• Keeps current and is knowledgeable of new regulations, directives, and QA manual material in order to accurately relay and interpret the information.

• 12‑hour shift
• Saturday and Sunday
• Night shift 7p-7a

• nursing home supervisory: 2 years (preferred)

• RN license (required)
