Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Loanhead. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with the operations team to oversee deliveries, resolving customer inquiries promptly, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships and address inquiries effectively
• Experience in account management, client support, or relationship management
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely deliveries
• Proficiency with administrative tools, CRM software, and general office applications
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle logistics challenges efficiently
• Previous experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive approach and passion for delivering exceptional service
