Blue Arrow's client in Loanhead is growing and looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join their production team. If you're enthusiastic, hardworking and keen to learn, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a long‑term career within a successful manufacturing environment.

💼 About the Role

You'll be an important part of the production line, helping to create high‑quality products that go straight onto supermarket shelves.

Key tasks include:

Batching
Mixing
Feeding film wrapping equipment
Following processes and quality standards
Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Full training is provided - no previous experience required.

✨ What We're Looking For

We want individuals who are:

Keen to learn new skills
Flexible and reliable
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Problem solvers with a strong work ethic
Ideally experienced in food production (not essential)

⏰ Shifts Available

Choose the shift that suits you:

Dayshift - Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00

Backshift - Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00

💰 Pay & Progression

Starting rate: £12.21 per hour
Increasing to £12.71 in April
Weekly pay
Temporary roles with a strong prospect of becoming permanent
