£14.48–£27.14 per hour | Day Shifts | Long-Term Role

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are hiring experienced MIG Welders for a leading manufacturing company in Chesterfield. This is a long-term, stable role with excellent pay, overtime and career progression.

• MIG welding large industrial casings and components
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Producing consistent, high-quality welds
• Working safely in warm manufacturing environments
• Following all health & safety procedures

• Rotating weekly hours: 39, 42, 45, 48
• Start 05:45am daily, early finish Fridays
• Example 45-hour week:
  Mon–Thu 05:45–15:45, Fri 05:45–10:45

• £15.20 /hr Days
• £22.80 /hr Weekday & Saturday OT | £30.40 /hr Sunday & Bank Holiday OT

• Basic MIG welding experience (weld test required)
• Able to read and follow engineering plans
• Reliable, safety-conscious, detail-focused
• Comfortable with early starts and warm environments
