The Kenan Advantage Group Inc., (KAG), is North America’s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, delivering energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, the Tire Technician works with our team in the shop to ensure the safe and efficient use, care, and maintenance of the tires on our tractor and trailer fleet.
About the position:
Managing tire program out of Edmonton branch including shipping and receiving of all branch tiresRemoving and installing tiresRotating tires to increase tread wearRetorquing wheel nuts from all Branch units as needed from previous repairsYard checksTrack test tiresRepairing and issuing tire chainsPerforming hose tests on fuel, LPG, NH3Performing air checks & TorquesMaintaining a safe and clean work areaWhat you bring:
1-2 years of commercial or fleet tire experience is preferredSafety conscious approach to all job dutiesWhat’s in it for you:
