Working for a leading FM company on a Local Authority contract, we urgently require a qualified Plumber to work within 2 sites (walking distance) Engineers in the Kingston Area

• Perform general plumbing and drainage services to both plant equipment and building equipment.
• Working within a Domestic/ Communal area
• Work toward Pre planned maintenance and reactive jobs
• Assist with Building Fabric maintenance
• Required to identify, rectify, or communicate any deviation from safe operational levels during the shift.
• Provide plumbing services to ensure the operation of all the water systems on site. This includes hot and cold-water supplies and drainage.
• To ensure that the Line Manager is kept well informed of all aspects of safety performance, plant performance and customer circumstances which may impact upon the safe, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the plant.
• Adhoc duties as required by your management team

• Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent

The successful candidate would be required to go through a level of security clearance!
