A leading health organization in Llanelli is offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Security / Violence & Aggression Officer to join their Health, Safety and Security Team. The role involves managing access control and CCTV systems, assisting security advisers, and providing personal safety training to staff. Candidates should hold a Level 3 Diploma in Security Management or have equivalent experience.

Knowledge of risk management and the criminal justice process is preferred. Welsh language skills are a plus. Salary ranges from £27,898 to £30,615 per annum.
