Compensation: £7.55 - £12.21 / hour

• Stock Assistant responsibilities include receiving and replenishing deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring stock presentation, safety, and compliance.
• Work harmoniously with colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
• Actively participate in team discussions and problem-solving, contributing innovative ideas to achieve shared goals.
• Share knowledge and skills to support and train both new and existing team members.
• Receive and process deliveries efficiently: accept incoming shipments, check for accuracy, and ensure products are properly stocked and stored to maintain inventory integrity.
• Replenish stock and maintain store presentation: regularly restock shelves and displays to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
• Maintain cleanliness and store standards: conduct daily housekeeping, tidy shelves, maintain fitting rooms, and ensure overall cleanliness to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Build strong connections with customers, engaging to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to a high-performing and motivated workplace.
• Support store management in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, helping the team achieve its full potential.
