BAM UK & Ireland are recruiting for a Supply Chain Systems Manager to support the drive of business efficiency, consistency and control by assisting the Supply Chain Systems Lead and managing the Supply Chain Systems Analysts in the development, application and improvement of Supply Chain Systems across the UK & Ireland Division.

You can be based out of any of our UK & Ireland offices
As Supply Chain Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support activities across Segments and Functions to drive consistency where it adds value
- Manage allocated elements of the Supply Chain System(s)
- Work with Supply Chain and Procurement Leads, segment and function process leads and subject matter experts to determine the required content within the Supply Chain System(s)
- Promote awareness of the system(s) and customer requirements throughout BAM UK&I
- Investigate and promote proposals for improvement and value adding alignment
- Provide advice, guidance and support on implementing, maintaining and continually improving processes and management systems as required
- Manage Supply Chain System(s) change identifying business impact and cost of implementation vs value delivered
- Work with the Supply Chain and Procurement team to determine risk areas for focus of assessment
- Provide support as and when required to Division assessors
- Identify areas for improvement and support requirements within the UK&I Supply Chain System(s) and assist with the development of solutions for consideration
- Ensure the Supply Chain System(s) remain aligned with the context in which the Division and Segments are operating
- Be able to provide cover for absences as and when required
- Measure and report on compliance with supply chain
- Support and attend Supply Chain events
The following elements are mandatory:
- Strong communication skills (written, oral and aural)
- Ability to bring teams together and work efficiently
- Experience in the development, implementation and continual improvement of management systems
- Experience of collaborative business relationships
- Knowledge of management system standards
- Strong SAP R3 / 4
Hana experience in developing and implementation. Demonstrate examples of enterprise structure awareness in SAP - Strong Jaggaer experience in developing and implementation
- Educated to NVQ Level or equivalent
- Experience of managing a team
