This is a full-time, on‑site position for a Conveyancing Solicitor located in Llanelli. The primary responsibilities include managing property transactions, handling legal aspects of buying, selling, and transferring property, ensuring legal compliance, and managing client communications. The role also involves preparing and reviewing contracts, liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors, and providing expert property law advice to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the conveyancing team to ensure efficient and accurate case management.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate
• Familiarity with Family Law and Landlord‑Tenant matters
