We are looking for a team member who will take part in the end-to-end management of our Legal Reporting Solution developed for the banking sector. This role will provide application-level consulting to our clients, translate regulatory changes into product enhancements, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through strong technical problem-solving capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone combining technical expertise with banking domain knowledge, interested in working at the intersection of regulation and technology and enjoying solving complex technical problems while directly impacting client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Advanced SQL (T‑SQL) skills; able to implement complex business rules at the database level (Stored Procedures, Functions) and perform query performance optimization
• Ability to read and analyze C# / .NET code to identify logical issues at the application layer
• Strong Excel skills with experience building reconciliation and control models on large datasets
• Banking domain knowledge in at least one of the following modules:
  Deposits, Loans, Accounting, or Treasury
• Solid understanding of BDDK and CBRT (Central Bank) reporting standards
• Ability to analyze client requirements and convert them into technical documentation
• Strong analytical thinking and root cause analysis capabilities for application-level issues

• Enhance existing modules of our Legal Reporting application and design new reporting modules in line with regulatory changes, managing the process end-to-end from analysis to SQL development
• Analyze customization requests from banking clients, evaluate alignment with the product roadmap, and implement enhancements
• Investigate and resolve application-level technical issues (data inconsistencies, calculation errors, performance issues) at the code and database level
• Translate new regulations published by BDDK, CBRT, and KKB into technical analysis documents and integrate them into the product
• Validate the accuracy of developed reports by reconciling them against bank trial balances and raw data sources
