But we’re more than just a law firm – we’re a team of people working together to help individuals and businesses navigate life’s ups and downs. Working here you’ll feel a part of our friendly and inclusive environment.

We’ll value you for who you are and what you bring. We support each other and push boundaries to achieve incredible things and make a real difference to our clients and communities. We’re always looking to support our colleagues to work in a way that works best for them and everyone else, including our clients, the business and the regulators. Please speak to a member of our Recruitment and Onboarding team for more information.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Website Manager to take ownership of  and lead its strategy, performance and continuous optimisation. This is a high-impact, senior role within our Business Development & Marketing function, where you’ll shape how our website supports business growth, brand trust and client acquisition.

Following our recent migration to Sitecore XM, you’ll be instrumental in embedding new ways of working across the business, ensuring teams fully leverage the platform’s capabilities. You’ll lead a team of specialists across analytics, CRO and UX, and work closely with colleagues in marketing, data, IT and the wider business to deliver an exceptional digital experience.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, ambitious team at a time of significant digital transformation. This role offers real ownership, influence and the opportunity to shape how one of the UK’s leading law firms shows up online.

We offer a flexible, inclusive working environment, competitive rewards and benefits, and a culture that genuinely values wellbeing, development and doing the right thing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the ongoing optimisation of the website to improve user experience, increase conversion rates, drive web enquiries/leads and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Developing and sharing robust performance reporting across key KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, enquiries/leads and acquisition costs.
  • Embedding effective processes across teams to maximise the benefits of the Sitecore XM platform.
  • Providing insight into user behaviour and journeys to inform content planning, brand storytelling and conversion activity.
  • Working with data and IT teams to support data integration and marketing automation that enhance lead generation and user experience.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team of digital specialists.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, SEO, IT, data and other stakeholders to ensure a joined-up and impactful online presence.
  • Partnering with the SEO Manager to support organic growth across search and generative AI.
  • Overseeing content quality, governance and optimisation to ensure it is accurate, engaging and SEO-friendly.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and technology partners.
  • Ensuring website activity complies with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
  • Staying ahead of digital trends, emerging technologies and the evolving role of AI in web experience.
