The Waiting Game is looking for Hospitality Staff for various positions at a major South Wales 5
* resort.

We’re looking for smart, enthusiastic, and hard-working staff to work on the bar and in hospitality to help give guests the best possible experience.

• Age 18+ to work at this event

• Have good customer service skills
• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
• Have a “can do” positive attitude
• Are punctual and committed for the shifts booked

• Search on Appstore or Playstore for “TWG Staff” app and install it onto your IOS or Android device

• Once you have downloaded the app, fill in your details to create a profile.
• To complete your profile the app will ask you to book an induction. Select the office as “Bristol” and pick a date and time for your online induction.
• We will accept your induction request and send you a text with details of the zoom induction. The induction usually lasts 20-30 mins.
• Once you have done these steps and attended the zoom induction we will verify your staff profile and you will be able to sign up to shifts!
