This role is ideal for experienced pharmacists seeking career progression or newly qualified pharmacists eager to step into leadership with full support and structured training.

• Provide outstanding patient care within a community pharmacy setting
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional safety and customer service standards
• Ensure full compliance with GPhC operating standards and clinical governance
• Oversee procurement, preparation, and dispensing of medication
• Coach and develop both permanent staff and locums

• GPhC registration as a qualified pharmacist
• Accreditation to deliver national and local NHS/private healthcare services
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive results while nurturing team development

• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (33 days total)
