Salary: £24,570 p/a (pro rata) | £12.60/hour + £63.70 per Sleep-In

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our supported living service in and around Llanelli, Carmarthenshire (various services). This is an amazing opportunity to help individuals with disabilities live life to the fullest, enjoy their community, and maintain their independence.

As a Support Care Worker, you will be instrumental in the daily lives of the people we support:

• Daily Living:
  Provide practical support with household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting.
• Personal Care:
  Assist respectfully with personal care routines and manual handling where needed.
• Community Life:
  Join in on fun trips, social activities, and community events in the beautiful Carmarthenshire area.
• Health & Wellbeing:
  Help promote positive routines and support medication/health needs.

• Excellent Pay:
  Competitive rate of £12.60 per hour.
• Sleep-In Allowance:
  Generous payment of £63.70 per sleep-in.
