Investor Relations Associate - Venture Capital

Fram is working with an established venture capital firm that is looking to engage with an Investor Relations professional to support its fundraising and investor communication activity. The business invests in high-growth companies and is continuing to develop its investor base, with a focus on long-term relationships and clear reporting standards. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to meet colleagues and attend internal meetings.

The position involves supporting capital raising initiatives and maintaining consistent communication with existing and prospective investors. This includes preparing investor materials, responding to due diligence requests, coordinating updates, and contributing to the overall fundraising process. The role works closely with senior colleagues and the investment team to ensure messaging is accurate and aligned with the firm’s strategy.

This may appeal to someone at a junior to mid stage of their career who has prior experience within investor relations, fundraising, or private markets distribution. Exposure to venture capital, private equity, or alternative investments would be relevant. Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence managing investor queries will be important. The firm is keen to speak with individuals who are able to start late March or early April.
