Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Location: Newport, South Wales

Rate: £285 per day

IR35 Determination: Outside of scope

Working Pattern & Contract Length: Ongoing contract, Monday to Friday. (Applications are also warmly welcomed from candidates looking for work on an ad hoc basis).

Are you an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity? We have an exciting role available for a qualified professional to service ongoing survey contracts in the Newport area.

The workload will be exclusively focused on commercial surveys, industrial bases, and offices.
As a major selling point for this role, please note that there will be absolutely no housing or residential work involved. You will be fully independent and autonomous, managing a highly commercial portfolio.

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• You must be a BOHS P402 qualified surveyor.
• You must have demonstrable and excellent commercial survey experience.
• You must be confident in working under your own initiative and executing your own work schedules.
