Position: Additional Needs Teaching Assistant

Our client, a renowned educational institution in the heart of Cardiff, South Glamorgan, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-time Additional Needs Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team.

As a Full-time Additional Needs Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the academic and personal development of students with various additional needs, ensuring they receive the individualised attention and care they require to thrive.

Your role will involve working closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that caters to the unique needs of each student.

Equipped with a compassionate nature and excellent communication skills, you will assist students with their daily tasks, provide academic support, and help to facilitate their participation in classroom activities.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and implement tailored learning strategies, ensuring that each student has the resources and support they need to reach their full potential.

Our client offers a competitive salary range of £475.00 - £500.00 per week, recognising the invaluable contribution you will make to the lives of their students.
