Role Overview- Identify and Engage Prospects: Target food and retail businesses, including grocers, restaurants, and high street chains, to introduce our client’s tailored consumables and packaging solutions.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and offer customised solutions.
- Drive Sales: Achieve sales targets by converting leads into long-term partnerships, focusing on both new business acquisition and existing account growth.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Has a proven track record in packaging B2B sales, preferably within the retail or food service sectors.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Possesses a strong understanding of the retail and food service industries’ challenges and opportunities.
- Is self‑motivated and able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Is based in the UK and willing to travel as needed.
