Duties:

Booking customer vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repairs via telephone and face-to-face interactions
Accurately identifying and processing customer parts requirements
Providing a professional and courteous customer service experience in a busy environment
Employing a sales-driven approach to maximise workshop revenues and customer satisfaction
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
Collaborating with the workshop team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor, ideally within a car dealership
Excellent customer service and sales skills with a friendly, professional manner
Good IT literacy, including experience with dealer management systems such as Kerridge or CDK, and electronic parts catalogues
Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Reside within an easily commutable distance to Llanelli
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a customer-focused role within the automotive industry or transferable skills from related sectors
