MEP Technical Talent are recruiting 2 x experienced Plumbers for a social housing apartment block project in Llandudno.
This is a live site installing new-build / refurbishment apartments, so we’re looking for reliable, tidy operatives with experience working in residential environments.
Scope of Works:
* Installation of Dimplex Edel units
* 2nd fixing bathrooms
* General domestic pipework installation
* Working with:
* Copper crimped fittings
* Henco plastic pipework
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS / JIB card (minimum Blue Skilled Worker)
* Proven experience on social housing or apartment schemes
* Experience installing heat pump / cylinder systems (Dimplex Edel experience desirable)
* Ability to work independently and to programme
* Own tools & PPE

* Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing systems
