We're now looking for a Deputy Head Chef to support the Head Chef in leading a busy, well-run kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef who wants to step into a stable, respected operation with room to grow.

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen
• Help develop and deliver a seasonal, quality-driven menu
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team
• Maintain excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen cost management

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally at senior CDP or junior management level
• Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and consistency
• Confident leadership and good communication skills
