• A Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin
• A caring, person-centred approach with a genuine desire to enhance residents  quality of life
• Confidence to lead by example, inspiring and mentoring others through kindness and professionalism
• Strong clinical judgment and a calm, solution-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills to connect meaningfully with residents, families and colleagues
• A passion for continuous improvement, learning and sharing best practice
• Competence in care planning, medication management and risk assessment
