We’re on the lookout for a Student Administrator to join our customer service team at our Llandudno offices.

What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be the cornerstone of support that keeps our daily operations running seamlessly. This includes:
- Handling incoming communications, serving as the primary contact for inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinating schedules and resources, working closely with tutors and staff to ensure optimal allocation and availability for student support.
- Handling administrative processes such as data entry, document management, and record-keeping with meticulous attention to detail.
- Resolving operational issues and addressing concerns with professionalism, often requiring effective internal team collaboration to reach prompt solutions.
You don’t need years of experience — we’ll train you up. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. Here’s what would make you a great fit:
- Strong written English (you can write clear, friendly emails)
- Comfortable chatting with customers on the phone
- Great attention to detail — you like getting things right
- A problem-solver who takes initiative
- Organised, reliable, and dependable
- Confident stepping up, sharing ideas, and taking ownership
- Tech‑savvy (you’re happy using online systems, email, etc.)
- A genuine desire to provide excellent service
This is a part‑time role, 12‑month contract.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am-2.30pm, (25 hours per week, term‑time only considered)
Salary: £24,500 FTE (£16,333 pro‑rao)
Location: Office‑based, role at our Llandudno offices
Annual leave: 21 days, plus 8 bank holidays (pro‑rao)
