Qualified Social Worker - Older People Team

You will be working within a well respected Local Authority based in the Powys area. You will work closely with our friendly team and colleagues across health and social to deliver strengths based positive outcomes for people. Ability to drive around a rural area essential. You will need to have at least 2 years social work experience and to be registered with Social Care Wales.
