Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join the team at Wylesfield
. You will be part of a team fully committed to making a difference in the lives of the people we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users and to provide the same level of care that we would expect for our own family members.

As a Team Leader you will have previous experience working with older people in residential care. You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and good with people. You will possess strong communication skills both verbally and in writing and will have completed or be working towards a QCF level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.

Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with all those around you, welcoming family and friends, keeping health‑care professionals well informed, and keeping your Line Manager up to speed with residents’ needs and progress. You will follow guidelines and policies, write up care plans and act as a team player.

We will provide you with full training, including our leadership programme, which can support your development and offer opportunities for progression within Shaw.

Salary: £14.38 per hour
Working Hours: Bank Contract
