Fabrication Assistant

Overview

Are you a hands-on learner looking to kickstart a career in steel fabrication? Aristeo wants you to join our crew as a Fabrication Assistant. You’ll work alongside our skilled team members, getting real-world experience and learning the ins and outs of the fabrication shop. This is for second shift:
Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.

• Assist in the painting area
• Assist in loading and unloading materials
• Follow all company policies and procedures for safety
• Help maintain inventory and required paint supplies and consumables
• Maintain shop floor organization and cleanliness

• Ability to communicate effectively and multitask
• Team player
• Ability to understand paint application and equipment

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Trade school or related experience is preferred
• 1+ years of experience with airless paint equipment
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred
