As a Caulker, you will assist in the revitalization and construction of projects across the region. You will perform a variety of tasks to aid in project completion and support team members. Essential duties include:

• Applying joint sealants, caulking, fire stopping penetrations, needle glazing, and structural caulking.
• Lifting objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds.
• Assisting other skilled trade workers (caulking, waterproofing, etc.).
• Using hand tools and small power tools.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with caulk removal, joint sealants, parking decks, silicones, and urethanes.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Possession of required tools: caulk guns, tube and sausage gun, tooling knives, safety harness, and caulk cutting knife.

Some travel to surrounding job sites is required; a per diem will be provided for travel and overnight stays as applicable.

Use of software and equipment may be required; proper training will be provided.

Work may involve seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud noises, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, and proximity to traffic.

• Adhere to instructions from superintendents, project managers, and construction plans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area.
• Follow all company health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

• Lifting 60+ lbs repeatedly.
• Standing, walking, and performing manual labor for up to 12 hours a day.
• Operating in high, small, and noisy environments.
