Be the Spark! Launch a Brand New Crunch Fitness Club!

Are you an outgoing, high-energy go-getter who loves fitness and connecting with people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment? Crunch Fitness is coming to Livonia, MI, and we need you to be the face of our exciting new location!

We're looking for enthusiastic Crunch Ambassadors to join our launch team. This isn't your average desk job; you'll be on the front lines, generating buzz, signing up our founding members, and setting the tone for the city's newest, coolest gym.

About Crunch Fitness: We are the original “No Judgments” gym. We believe in making fitness fun and accessible for everyone. We’re known for our innovative classes, state-of-the-art equipment, and a culture that champions individuality.

As a Crunch Ambassador, you are the first impression the community has of our brand. Your mission is to build hype and sign up founding members before the doors even open!

• Be a Social Butterfly:
  Hit the streets! Engage with people in the community, local businesses, and at special events to spread the word about our grand opening.
• Generate Leads & Close Sales:
  Work from our pre-sale office and in the field to identify potential members, distribute marketing materials, and guide prospects through the sign-up process.
• Build the Buzz:
  Use your energy and charisma to build excitement and explain why Crunch is the ultimate fitness destination.
• Be the Brand:
  Uphold our "No Judgments" philosophy. Your positive energy should be infectious both in person and on your social media platforms.
• Partner Up:
  Establish local business partnerships for cross-promotion opportunities.

• Sales Savvy:
  You're goal-oriented, motivated by results, and comfortable asking for the sale.

  You need a way to get around town for off-site events and outreach.

Job Type: Part-time
