- Drive Revenue Growth:
Generate revenue by offering CLS products and services to business prospects, aligned with the established marketing plan and achieving sales quota targets. - Lead Development:
Identify and qualify leads within the assigned territory using cold‑calling techniques and strategic lead generation methods. - Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to gather insights on potential customers and relevant industry trends. - Customer Engagement:
Meet with prospective clients to present CLS’s offerings and demonstrate available products. - Onboarding New Customers:
Manage the onboarding process for new customers, including entering initial orders and preparing agreements. - Delivery Coordination:
Collaborate with new customers and route sales representatives to ensure smooth initial deliveries. - CRM Management:
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer and prospect notes in Hub Spot CRM for effective account management and future opportunities.
- Microsoft Office Skills – competent in all applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Self‑Management Skills – hold personally responsible for activity and sales goals. Is able to research the necessary information needed to perform at high a high level.
- Ability to lead and Work Ethic – possesses a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done and always has a positive attitude while doing so.
