Base Pay: $20.00/hr – $33.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr for specific circumstances.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service, greeting and thanking customers, processing returns/refunds, and handling financial transactions. The role may require standing for long periods of time.

• Greet and thank customers, providing timely service.
