University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, providing high-quality nursing care to clients in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. • Provide direct nursing care to clients according to their individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to travel within Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties.
• CPR certification is a plus.
