Facility: Trinity Health Livonia is a 304-bed acute care hospital in Livonia, MI, offering a 24-hour emergency department and comprehensive services across general medicine, surgery (inpatient and outpatient), physical medicine and rehabilitation, intensive care, cancer, cardiology, geriatrics, and women’s health. Trinity Health Livonia maintains ongoing program and service expansions and has received awards for excellence in clinical outcomes, patient safety, and financial performance.

Clinical Leader responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate the optimal provision of care through daily management of unit operations, as prescribed by the American Nurses Association (ANA) Standards of Practice and Professional Performance. Practice in accordance with standards established by Trinity Health leadership and external regulators/accreditation agencies. Promote the Trinity Health Model of Care and the nursing profession, align with the Trinity Health Quality Plan for Nursing.

Drive nursing practice through facilitation of shared governance. Abide by the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active license to practice nursing in the State of Michigan
• Certification by a nationally recognized nursing organization is preferred
• Membership in a professional nursing organization is preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for all inpatient bedside care areas, and inpatient and outpatient surgical services required within 45 days from date of hire or transfer.
