Job Overview

Full‑time position scheduled 36 hours per week – 12‑hour shifts, with a weekend rotation and holiday commitment.

Trinity Health Livonia is a beautiful full‑service, 304‑bed acute care hospital located in Livonia, MI. It provides comprehensive care, including a 24‑hour emergency department, general medicine, inpatient and outpatient surgery, physical medicine and rehabilitation, intensive care unit, cancer, cardiology, geriatrics and birthing and women’s health. The Registered Nurse is accountable for the management of patient care during a designated timeframe. Responsibilities include coordination and evaluation of care, teaching and delegation of patient activities to other health‑care team members via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and the environment.

• Associate’s degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Agreement in writing to obtain a BSN within five years if not already completed.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Previous medical‑surgical experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency and excellent customer‑service skills.
