This position is for 2nd Shift 4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. Delta Research an Aerospace company is an AS9100 and ISO
9001 registered facility which manufactures Gear Products, Prototype/ Production, and Transmission Builds. In addition, we provide contract gear and CMM inspection services. We are also a NADCAP approved non‑destructive testing facility and currently provide Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Nital Etch.

• CMM Inspection - Support the Quality and Manufacturing departments with 1st Piece Inspection, In-Process Inspection and Final Inspection of finished parts.
• Use of manual handheld inspection tools such as micrometers, gages and other inspection equipment while CMM is running longer cycles times.
• Program next job(s) in line while CMM is checking parts.
• Perform layout inspections, first piece approvals, in-process inspections, and other aspects of inspection through‑out the manufacturing process.
• Other quality related duties as assigned.

• Understanding of GD&T
• Prior CMM Operator Experience
• CMM Operator and / or Programming experience using Open DMIS.
• Experience in a job shop or a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Inspection tools and best practices.
• Positive, can do, attitude with great attendance.
