We are seeking a Plant Manager who is ready to lead, optimize, and elevate our manufacturing operation while growing with us into the future. You will lead a talented team of welders, fabricators, production personnel, and quality professionals with the goal of taking a good operation and making it great. This seat is ideal for someone who values innovation, simplicity, and long‑term relationships.

• Lead and Develop the Team

• Manage Projects and Processes

  Lead operational projects such as new product launches, process upgrades, and facility improvements, coordinating across departments.

  Partner with engineering, sales, purchasing, and quality to ensure customer expectations and company objectives align.
