This is a full-time, on-site role located in Livonia, MI for a General Manager - Chemical Operations. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the chemical operations division, managing teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, optimizing operations for efficiency, ensuring exceptional customer service, and guiding team management efforts to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications- General Management and Operations Management experience
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Team Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
- Effective leadership and communication abilities
- Keen understanding of safety and regulatory compliance in industrial operations
- Background in the chemical industry or related fields is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
