Supply Chain – Project Analyst, Business Intelligence
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical individual to join our Supply Chain team in a temporary role focused on implementing a new material scheduling and tracking system. This position will play a key part in improving how we plan, monitor, and manage material flow throughout our operations. The ideal candidate brings strong data skills, enjoys solving problems through meaningful insights, and can translate operational needs into clear, actionable system workflows.
Your work will directly support greater visibility, accuracy, and efficiency across the supply chain.
In this role, you will assist with system setup, data validation, process documentation, and day‑to‑day scheduling activities as the new platform is rolled out. A major focus will be on developing business‑intelligence tools and creating customized reports that meet the needs of internal customers. You will gather requirements, design dashboards, and deliver insights that help teams make better decisions and maintain material availability.

NOTE:
This is a temporary role. There is no opportunity for direct-hire. The temporary role is anticipated to be available for up to 3 months, contingent on business need. The work schedule may be up 40 hours per week, but will vary based on the progress and stages of system implementation/deployment.
- Significant experience with business intelligence in manufacturing processes, including creating custom reports.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross‑function team members and leaders for system implementation.
- Strong Project Management skills, including accurately identifying the scope of work, setting milestones and keeping internal customers updated on regular basis.
- Hands‑on experience building custom reports from Real Trac ERP in a job shop environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that can correlate to building and testing the systems and processes, e.g. evening and weekend work hours.
- Prior experience with implementation and or configuration of Supply Chain process flows.
