As the Administrator, you will provide strategic administrative, financial, and operational leadership, ensuring our community delivers extraordinary hospitality and an enriching quality of life for every resident.
You will oversee all aspects of hospitality services, property management, and day‑to‑day operations, fostering an environment where residents feel supported, engaged, and truly at home.

Qualifications:
* Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and a Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
* Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with families, staff, and residents.
* Financial Acumen:
Strong knowledge of financial management within a healthcare environment.
