• Minimum rate of pay: $16.29 plus DailyPAY

Under the direction of a registered nurse, the patient care technician provides direct patient care considering age‑specific, developmental, cultural, and spiritual needs. The role demonstrates unit‑designated competencies and contributes to a clean, safe, and relationship‑based care environment.

• Full‑time, part‑time, or contingent/PRN options
• Every other weekend and 3 holidays per year required for full‑time and part‑time team members

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED
• Experience:
  
  Preferred minimum of one year of direct care experience (acute or long‑term) OR completion of CENA, PCT, MA, or EMT course OR student nurses who have completed their BSN fundamentals class.

• Perform nursing care as delegated by the RN to achieve treatment goals
• Assist patients in completing ADLs
• Demonstrate sterile or aseptic technique during delegated activities
• Maintain a clean, safe patient care environment
• Record patient information and required data to meet documentation and charging requirements
• Complete delegated unit‑specific activities
