- Provide safe, effective, and personalized assisted stretching sessions (45 minutes).
- Assess clients’ mobility limitations and create tailored stretching and restorative exercise plans.
- Educate clients on proper stretching techniques and body maintenance.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
- Ensure a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.
- Build rapport with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
- Participate in company‑mandated ongoing training and skill development.
- Experience/background in one or more of the following areas:
- Personal training
- Massage Therapy
- Physical Therapy / Chiropractic Assistant
- Yoga, Pilates, and/or Athletic Coaching
- Current and active Certification in Stretch Therapy or Massage Therapy.
- Willingness to complete company‑provided training.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and safe movement practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.

This role may involve standing for long periods of time, working on a treatment table, repeating the same movements, and the use of hands for stretching techniques, as well as feeling objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to sit, use arms/hands/fingers to handle or feel, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and taste or smell.
The employee will regularly move to 10 lbs., occasionally up to 30 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and depth perception. - Noise Level: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Salary$24–35 per session
