Ford Motor Company has an exciting new opportunity for a product development design and release supervisor for global planetary gear and shaft components supporting Drive Units, Stepped Ratio Transmissions, and Hybrids.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 6+ years of experience with Design and Release processes
• 6+ years of experience in FMA processes and documentation
• 6+ years of experience in Components and Systems design and processes
• 6+ years of experience delivering balanced Quality/Cost/Weight/Function/Timing attributes for components or subsystems

• Masters in product development or Advanced Engineering degree preferred
• A clear communicator and highly motivated to exceed expectations in a constantly changing product landscape
• INCOSE CSEP certification or equivalent preferred
• Versed in UML and SysML modeling languages preferred
• Model Based System Engineering development utilizing Magic Draw/3DX toolkit preferred
• Experienced in analyzing a descriptive model to assist in complex decision making preferred
