* ** Completion an ACGME approved Orthopaedic Residency Program
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
* Fellowship trained in Joint Replacement (Adult Reconstruction)
* Active State of Michigan Medical License
** Duties & Responsibilities
*** Perform total hip and total knee replacement surgeries, including primary and revision procedures
* Conduct pre-operative evaluations and formulate comprehensive surgical plans.
* Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgical staff, and rehabilitation teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Utilize advanced technologies, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted techniques
* Participate in call rotation, inpatient rounds, and outpatient follow-up clinics
* Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
