As a Customer Service & Counter Sales Associate, you are the face of Teddy's Landscape Supply, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and productive. Your day-to-day adventure includes:
- Assisting Customers: Provide exceptional service by answering questions in person and over the phone, helping customers find the products they need, and offering expert advice.
- Managing Orders: Schedule deliveries, prepare orders for customer pick-up, and assist with loading bulk materials.
- Supporting Store Operations: Assist with inventory management, including ordering products and maintaining stock levels.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Stay informed about our products and services to better assist customers, and be open to learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities.
- Green Industry
Experience:
Previous experience in the green industry is helpful, but we are also willing to train candidates who are passionate about learning about landscape products. - Excellent Customer Service
Skills:
Friendly, helpful demeanor with a genuine desire to assist customers. - Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.

- Ready and Able: Must be at least 18 years of age, with the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and provide outstanding customer service.
