Role

Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will lead civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. This role requires strong technical civil experience, the ability to manage multiple work streams, and comfort operating in a fast‑paced, self‑perform environment. The PM will work closely with field leadership, estimating, and executive management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of project management experience within civil construction
  • Strong background in site development, underground utilities, concrete, and/or earthwork
  • Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Ability to lead project teams and coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Experience with cost control, change orders, forecasting, and schedule management
  • Strong communication skills with owners, engineers, and internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
  • Experience in self‑perform or lean contracting environments is a plus
