Provide SMART customer service at all times following Lowe's policies and programs;
Collaborate with Merchandising Service team and Manager to communicate project priorities, schedules, and needs;
Engage with customers to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise;
Maintain safe, clean store conditions and ensure displays and planograms are accurate;
Identify and address damaged or missing signage, pricing labels, and product displays
