Additional compensation may include performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs, and ensure that home displays are maintained and properly ordered throughout the day.
