Maintenance Associate

Established in 2020, Mini Mall Storage Properties has been successfully acquiring storage facilities throughout North America with rapid expansion in the United States. We have a team of talented and diverse self‑storage experts who span across 15 states and 7 provinces to support and manage our rapid growth across North America. As a Maintenance Associate at Mini Mall Storage, you will ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of our car wash’s. Your role includes cleaning, plumbing, inspecting, and maintaining brand standards.

• Performing litter pickup in the surrounding areas.
• Maintaining car wash bays including garbage disposal, bay cycle initiation, inspection for leaks, and overall cleanliness.
• Activating and testing various equipment such as vacuums, bill validators, and vending machines.
• Conducting routine mechanical room maintenance tasks, including examining pump and compressor conditions, checking chemical levels, inspecting belts, and ensuring all equipment is operational.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, or related field preferred.
• Capability to absorb new information quickly.
• A smartphone with a data plan to access our mobile app.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work 7 days a week – morning or night, indoors and outdoors.
• Travel and support to other facilities may be required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
