This position is on-site in Livingston, TX

Must be a licensed Physician Assistant (or license-eligible) in Texas. Must be willing to see pediatric patients; ideally from birth, but candidates comfortable with ages 4-5 and up will be considered.

They provide comprehensive family medicine, pediatrics, preventive care, allergy testing, in-house diagnostics, and same-day visits. • Provide outpatient primary care services in a family medicine setting
• See patients ranging from pediatrics through adults (depending on comfort and experience)
• Manage an average daily patient volume appropriate for PA scope and clinic workflow
• Utilize extensive in-house capabilities including labs, imaging, allergy testing, injections, hormone therapy, and dietitian support
• Deliver patient-centered care aligned with clinic values and protocols
• Document accurately and maintain compliant, organized medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to support excellent patient outcomes
• Participate in patient education, screening, wellness initiatives, and clinic growth efforts

• Current or eligible Texas PA license
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently with physician support
• Compassionate communication and a patient-first mindset
• Comfortable seeing children (preferably birth and up, or ages 45 and older)
